Mediterranean Trip

The city of Rhodes is a World Heritage site and was a pleasant stop. We enjoyed the shops and brought back some local olive oil.  Rhodes has a touching memorial to the deportation of its Jewish population during WWII.   The tour was to see the Palace of the Grand Masters. Unfortunately, the original palace was blown up in a gunpowder accident and later rebuilt by the Fascists. For good information on Rhodes:  <https://www.britannica.com/place/Rhodes-Greece>
