Mediterranean Trip

Our second visit to Crete was to the town of Chania, near Souda Bay.  Souda Bay made Crete a big deal in WWII as it is one of the rare deep water ports in the Eastern Mediterranean.  We took a walking tour and found the town to be a beautiful and pleasant place to visit.  It is.  We bought leather goods there because they were made from goat skin and produced leather that is wonderfully soft and supple.  Also, they cut one down to fit Marilynn.  They have a clever and artistic websites:  <https://www.chaniatourism.gr>
