We wanted to see the cathedral at Beauvais, but it was just not possible - so, I have a link to a description of the building where the town is on the map. Otherwise, go to Gisors which is really beautiful.  However, we did run into a “liberations Parade” celebrating the day Americans drove out the Germans in WWII.  Yes, they really still remember.  Two photos below.
